Yoga

Focusing on connecting your mind and body. Pilates is a full-body approach to exercise concentrating on muscular strengthening with an emphasis on core strength.
Legs, Bums & Tums
This aerobic workout improves fitness levels and body form. Targeting three key areas to strengthen and tone. This enjoyable workout will increase your energy levels and serotonin.
HIIT
Working at a high intensity is a very efficient way to exercise. Only requiring a short amount of time, it has a huge pay off, burning more calories than any other exercise. You will walk away with a huge sense of achievement.
Circuit Training
Full body approach to exercise, targeting some of the fundamental components of fitness, including strength and endurance. With multiple exercises performed for a set duration, this is one of the most adaptable and thrilling classes.
Weight Training
Strength is beauty. Weight training not only shows benefits on the outside, but the intrinsic improvements are also unmatched. Weight training is all about strength, not only do we strengthen the targeted muscles, this training will prevent injuries, improve, balance, coordination and improve strength of bones and tendons. Full Body Burn
Full body workout that aims to target all the major muscle groups in one single session. This energetic class combines cardio and resistance training. You are guaranteed to have a varied class that will hit all areas.

Group Personal Training
A group personal training session offers the personalised guidance of one-on-one training with the camaraderie of a small group. Participants work toward their fitness goals with tailored exercises, focusing on fundamental movements, technique, and progressions. It’s a great way to receive instruction, stay accountable, and enjoy a supportive community.
Arms & Abs
This class is designed to strengthen and tone the arm and abdominal muscles, providing a focused upper-body and core workout. Through a mix of dynamic and targeted movements, you’ll build strength, improve stability, and sculpt your physique—all while getting your muscles pumping.
Resistance Band Training
This approach to fitness uses bands as a form of resistance, improving strength, functionality and mobility in the targeted muscles. Bands provide a range of resistance , engaging specific muscles and protecting joints.
Flexibility
Improving your overall physical performance, not only in the exercise room by in your everyday routine. Flexibility will improve posture, balance and stability, reducing physical stress and pain. Holding positions for a period of time will increase muscles and joints range of motion, resulting in fewer injuries.
Fitness for Beginners
New to the gym or just want a refresh on the basics? This is the class for you. This low-intensity class will teach you all you need to know when it comes to equipment and technique. Learn the basic movements and away you go on your fitness journey.
Induction Class
New to the Gee Force community? This induction class will show you all you need to know. This educational class will increase your knowledge within the gym environment.
